Try this delicious noodle dish:

Cut the beef fillet into tender strips. Stir light soy sauce, sherry and cornmeal and let the meat marinate in it for at least 1 hour. Rinse bell bell pepper and peppers, remove stalks and seeds and cut into small cubes. Soak rice noodles in lukewarm water for 10 min. Drain and cut into 5 cm long pieces.
Remove the skin from the garlic clove, flatten and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic over medium heat. Add the meat and fry briefly. Add the bell bell pepper, peppers and ginger, mix everything together well and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season with dark soy sauce and sugar. Stir in the rice noodles and roast for another 2 to 3 min.
