Stir the curd, vanilla sugar and mascarpone until smooth. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise, scrape out the pulp and add to the mascarpone cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Refrigerate.

Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Finely puree half of them with the sugar. Chop the remaining strawberries into cubes and mix with the puree.

Line a square mold with biscuits. Spread half of the strawberry mixture on top and cover it with half of the mascarpone cream. Again cover with biscuits, top with remaining strawberries and finish with mascarpone cream.

Chill the strawberry tiramisù for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle thickly with cocoa powder.
