For the Nutellaster, mix the yeast, a little sugar, a little flour and a little milk and leave to rise in a warm place. In the meantime, mix the flour, egg and melted butter.
Then add the yeast and the milk and mix to a dough. Let this dough rise again. Then divide the risen dough into 3 equal parts.
Roll each part into round sheets of about the same size. Place the 1 round sheet on a baking tray with baking paper, spread about 3 tablespoons of Nutella well on it, then place the 2 round dough sheet on top and spread about 3 tablespoons of Nutella as well and finally place the 3rd round dough on top.
Then divide the dough into 16 parts (see photo), but do not cut through to the middle but only to about 2 cm in front of it. Then take 2 strips each and turn them 2x to the outside.
Finally, press the tips of these 2 strips together. Then bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
