Sift the flour into a suitable bowl, make a hollow in the center. The yeast with 2 tbsp. milk melt, in the flour hollow form, stir a little bit of flour to it. stand a quarter of an hour. Add the remaining dough ingredients little by little (milk only in portions, maybe you don’t need the whole mass!). Finally, make an elastic dough. Form it into a ball, divide it, put it on the greased baking tray, press it evenly, let it rise for 1 hour. Then press the dough repeatedly into the baking tray and pull up the edges.
