For garnish:


Rinse strawberries briefly in cold water, remove hulls and drain. Grind in a hand mixer. Add sugar.

Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. (Leave 2 tablespoons for garnish.) Mix pureed strawberries well with whipped cream.

Divide evenly into four bowls. To garnish, rinse, hull, dry and halve the strawberries. Garnish each bowl with the halves, a cream puff and chopped pistachios.
