For the pasta with salmon cream sauce, first defrost the salmon and cut into cubes when slightly frozen. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.

Heat some butter in the pan and sear the salmon on all sides (about 5 minutes). Pour in whipping cream, season with bouillon cube, tomato paste and pepper.

Then bring to the boil again and serve with the pasta.
