In a bowl, mix the sour cream with flour, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, a little lemon zest and a pinch of salt until smooth. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and mix both masses together. Butter a dalken pan with round depressions well and fill in the mixture. (If you don’t have a dalken pan, you can use metal rings of about 6 cm Ø, into which you fill the mixture). Bake at high heat for about 2 minutes, then bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 5 minutes, turn and bake also on the other side until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
