Try this delicious pasta dish:

Clean green asparagus spears, cut the spears in half lengthwise and blanch in boiling water for 2 to 3 min. Drain well afterwards. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Heat the vegetable cream, press the garlic into it and sauté. Sprinkle with flour and sauté briefly. Extinguish with milk and fish stock and bring the sauce briefly to the boil. In the meantime, cook the pasta nests in salted water until al dente. Season the sauce with lime juice and spices. Heat the salmon strips and the asparagus spears in it. Arrange the quenched and well drained noodles on plates and pour the sauce over them. Serve sprinkled with dill.
