Wine Jelly with Agar Agar

Dissolve 20 g of agara agar in a glass of wine. Add 300 g of sugar, beaten into pieces, to 1 cup of water, skim it, boil it until it is clear, and then add 1 bottle of wine in which the peel of 1/2 lemon has been extracted.

After adding the juice of 1 lemon, let the wine boil until hot, then remove it from the fire, add the dissolved agar agar and let the wine stand covered for a short time. Now pour it through a napkin and let the jelly from ice or in a cold place. The jelly can be prepared from Rhine wine or good Bordeaux.
