For the pasta salad with fried prawns, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the olive oil. Peel the prawns and remove the intestines from the back with a sharp knife. Put the prawns in the garlic oil, turn them and let them soak for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the shell pasta according to package directions. Strain and set aside.

Wash the arugula. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into quarters. Finely chop the basil.
