Try this delicious pasta dish:

Dice shallots, peel kohlrabi and cut into fine sticks. Roast mustard seeds, crush finely in a mortar. Crush garlic clove. Melt butter, sauté shallots, kohlrabi and mustard seeds in it at low temperature. Add dry white wine, make hearty. Add whipped cream, season with pepper, sugar, salt and juice of one lemon, cream for 2 min. Make tagliatelle in boiling hot salted water according to package instructions, drain in a colander, collect cooking water. Melt butter, roast cherry tomatoes and garlic in it for 1 minute.
