For the sesame bread, mix the ingredients for the pre-dough together and let rest, covered, at room temperature for 12 hours. From the ingredients for the bread dough add to the pre-dough and knead with the dough hook of the food processor until smooth lump.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for another 1 hour. Now shape the dough into an oblong loaf and place on a baking sheet. Brush with cold water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the bread for about 40 minutes. Then leave to cool well on a cooling rack.
