For the fitness salad with turkey strips, boil soybeans in salted water, strain, rinse and drain. Peel celery, carrots and onion. Cut celery and carrots into strips, onion into thin slices. Clean bean sprouts. Clean, shred and wash endive and radicchio lettuce.

Cut turkey breast into strips, salt, pepper and fry in oil. Remove from pan and set aside.

For the marinade:

Mix yogurt with KNORR Salad Seasoning Creamy Yogurt-Herbs and 2 tablespoons water. Season soybeans, celery, carrots, onions and bean sprouts with salt and pepper and mix well with parsley and marinade. Fold in endive and radicchio lettuce. Serve fitness salad with turkey strips.
