Blanch (scald) the tomatoes with boiling water, rinse, skin and dice. Peel the onions and garlic. Dice with the apricots. Heat half of the butter. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Heat remaining butter. Rinse and dry turkey breast and roast on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes each.

Season chocolate sauce very spicy with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Offer with the turkey breast, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Info: The chocolate sauce only tastes good if it is very spicy. Ideal for this are also 2 to 3 chili peppers ( 4 servings each).
