Heat Rama Culinesse in a pan. Fry the chicken fillets cut into strips in it on both sides, season with pepper seasoning and salt at the end of the frying process and keep warm.
Wash the green leaf lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the marinade, spread over the lettuce and mix well. Cut the spring onion into rings and the bell bell pepper into strips.
Place the lettuce on plates, arrange the bell pepper strips, spring onion and washed cocktail tomatoes on top and place the fried chicken strips in the middle.
Serve the chicken strips on lettuce.
