For the curd fitness bread, knead all ingredients well. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume and then knead well again by hand.
Put the dough into a loaf pan. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and place it on a baking tray and bake for another 30 minutes.
Place a bowl of water in the oven. After baking, sprinkle the curd fitness bread with water.
