For the camembert salad, cut the camembert into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the radishes and cut them into fine slices.
Peel the onion and cut into strips as well. Wash, clean and chop the radicchio. Peel the radish, cut in half lengthwise and slice finely.
Mix all ingredients carefully and refrigerate. For the marinade, mix the oil with the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, the herbs and the sugar, as well as the mustard and the necessary water until smooth.
Arrange the camembert salad on the plates and drizzle with the marinade.
