For the mashed potatoes, wash the chives and parsley, shake dry and mash. Wash and peel potatoes, chop slightly and boil in salted water until soft.

Pour potatoes into a sieve. Melt milk and butter while stirring, strain potatoes and stir in with herb puree.

Stir on low heat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
