For the Red Cherry Pralines, first prepare the all-in mixture. For this, puree the dried fruit (cherries and sour cherries) and the cherries with the honey, the cherry liqueur or juice with the stick.
Now add the hazelnuts and almonds and knead well, if the mass is too firm or dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water or cherry juice.
Chill the mixture for one hour, then form into balls and chill again.
Now melt the white chocolate coating with the coconut butter and stir in any red food coloring and dip the chocolates with a fork in the chocolate coating, decorate as desired and let dry.
