For the coffee whipped cream with sour cherries, dissolve the coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water. Drain the sour cherries. Whip the cream until stiff and gradually stir in the coffee solution.

Stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Divide sour cherries into sundaes (set aside 12 sour cherries for garnish).

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into coffee whipped topping at the same time as yolks.

Pour the coffee whipped topping with sour cherries into the sundaes and decorate the top with the remaining sour cherries.
