Rinse and drain the raisins. Add the long-grain rice and raisins to the boiling apple juice form and cook at low temperature for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, rinse the apples, cut them into eighths and remove the cores. Cut the apple quarters into slices and add to the long grain rice form. cook all together for 5 to 10 min.
3. roast the almond kernels in a frying pan without fat, stirring until golden brown.
Serve the apple rice in portions, hot or cooled, and bring to the table with the almond kernels.
