For the Plum Biscuit Crumble, wash the plums, cut in half and remove the seeds. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar.
Next, butter a baking dish, place the plum halves, pour apple juice over them, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and let sit for a short time.
Quickly rub the butter, cookie crumbs, sugar and ground nuts with your hands and mix.
Sprinkle the cookie crumble over the plums and bake at 180 °C top heat until the crumble is crispy.
Serve the plum cookie crumble while still warm.
