For the honey cream slices, place milk, honey, yolks, sugar, margarine and baking soda in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and fold in flour.

Then turn out onto a board and knead. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out into sheet size. Now place on a greased baking sheet and prick several times with a fork. Bake the cake at 220° C until light brown and then turn it out of the baking tray while it is still hot.

Prepare the vanilla pudding (according to the package instructions, depending on the product) and let it cool. Cream Rama, sugar and rum and add the overcooled pudding by the spoonful.

Spread the pastry sheets with the jam and then with the vanilla cream, then layer them and weigh them down with a heavy pot or similar for 12 hours.

Finally, spread the honey cream slices with another layer of jam and glaze.
