For the roasted potatoes with onion and bacon, peel the potatoes from the previous day and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and cut the bacon into fine strips.
Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices in it. Add the rosemary and fry so that it releases its aroma.
Salt and season the potatoes right away. When the potatoes have a nice color, you can put them on the side and then fry the onion and bacon.
