For the beef fillet with pasta salad, first cook macaroni in salted water until al dente, strain, rinse in cold water and drain.
Cut sugar snap peas into fine strips, boil briefly in salted water, strain, rinse in cold water and drain. Remove seeds from chilies and cut into fine rings.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and curry until smooth, add noodles, sugar snap peas and chilies.
Cut fillet into 3 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the pieces of meat until pink. Lift out and drain on kitchen paper.
Arrange pasta salad, place fillet cubes on top and serve beef fillet with pasta salad.
