The day before, chop salmon and crab meat very coarsely. Finely chop the dill. mash everything together with cream cheese and mayo. Cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for one night.

Form dumplings with two tablespoons and serve. Sprinkle with capers.

Tip: serve with Parisette bread or possibly crackers, add a few vegetable stems.
