Apple Punch

Boil sugar and water, remove peel from apples, core, cut into slices, put into a punch bowl form. Add vanilla bean, pour hot sugar water over it.

When cold, add Wenbrand and Mosel wine, cover and refrigerate. Before serving, remove apple slices and vanilla bean and add cold sparkling wine.
