Instructions:

For the apple-ginger punch, first cut the ginger into thin slices.

Then bring to a boil with the apple juice, remove from heat and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.

Strain and heat again but do not boil anymore.

Put one dried apple slice in each punch glass and pour the hot juice over it.

Add the rum to the apple-ginger punch and sweeten to taste.
