Cut the turkey breast into strips about 2 cm wide and 5 cm long. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil. Add the sesame seeds and fry.

Rinse the lettuce well and chop the roots, if any. Make a dressing with oil, pepper, salt, vinegar and sugar. Dress the lettuce with the dressing.

Cut the white bread into strips and fry them crispy. Arrange them with the turkey strips on the lettuce.

Finally, add the finely chopped kitchen herbs and arrange everything together over the leaf salad.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
