First make a shortcrust pastry from the given ingredients, roll it out and put it on the bottom of a cake springform pan, pull up the edge.

Stir the pudding powder with a little wine until smooth, bring the remaining wine with sugar to a boil.

Add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again.

Fold in grated apples and spread evenly on the shortcrust pastry.

Bake everything together at 175 °C in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes and let it cool down well in the form.

Whip the cream with cream stiffener and spread on the apple pie, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
