For the turkey breast with pasta, first cook the pasta, strain the beans and provide. Then brown the turkey breast in the pan.

When the turkey breast is cooked through, cook the onion. Remove the turkey breast from the pan. In the meantime, you can mix the balsamic vinegar with the various spices.

Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. When the onions are already translucent, the turkey breast can be returned to the pan and sautéed again until well done.

Then pour the deglazing sauce over the meat. (Important note: the pan must not be too hot, otherwise the balsamic vinegar will burn).

At the very end, you can also sauté the pasta and beans briefly or simply serve them separately.
