For the spelt burger buns, mix the flour with the salt and make a well. Crumble the fresh spelt, add honey and some lukewarm milk. Stir the dampfl and let it rise for a short time.
Add all the remaining ingredients and knead into a nice smooth dough. Place in warm water/place and let rise until dough is about double in size.
Transfer to floured work surface and cut off evenly sized pieces. Drag these and place on a tray with baking paper.
Brush and drizzle with water and bake in the oven at hot air (180 degrees, about 15-20 minutes). Let cool briefly and cut in the middle with a bread knife.
