For those who love strawberries:

Soak pig net in tap water. Squeeze well, cut into small pieces.

Brown steaks in a touch of oil until very hot. Let cool.

Season steaks, wrap in pieces of netting. Cut excess netting into small pieces. Sauté the small meat packages on very hot broiler for a total of 20 min. After 5 min. turn down the temperature a little bit.

Attention: Turn the meat packages only once to the other side!

Leave on the stove side for 5 min.

In a frying pan, cream the butter. When a caramel scent rises, add slightly crushed juniper berries, season with salt and pepper, offer over the steaks.
