For the gingerbread pudding, heat 400 ml of milk with the sugar, stir the cornflour, cocoa powder and gingerbread spice into the remaining 100 ml of milk.

When the milk starts to boil, add the corn milk and whisk. Cook for about 1 minute.

Then remove from heat, rinse a plastic mold with cold water, stir the liqueur into the gingerbread pudding and pour everything into the mold.
