A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Defrost dough, place dough slices on top of each other and roll out on a floured surface to a 35 x 30 cm rectangle. Cut dough in half diagonally and cut four triangles from each half.
Crumble marzipan paste, mix with raisins and almond kernels and spread evenly over triangles. Roll up triangles into croissants.
Mix the egg yolk with a little water, brush the croissants with it, place them on a baking tray and put them in the preheated oven.
