For the grammel dumplings, stir the contents of the bag into cold water with a whisk.
Finely chop fresh herbs and stir into the mixture with grammel cubes. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Form dumplings with wet hands, place in boiling salted water, bring to a boil briefly and let steep over low heat for 20 minutes.
Strain, sprinkle with fresh chives and serve fresh!
