Prepare the mushrooms, rinse and scrape with a tea towel. Cut them into quarters or halves, depending on their size. Drizzle on top with the juice of one lemon.

Cook the breakfast bacon in a frying pan until translucent. Remove and keep warm.

Add a little clarified butter to the frying pan and fry the sausages until brown all over. Also keep warm.

In the meantime, heat a little clarified butter in a second frying pan. Add the mushrooms and roast them for about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse the tomatoes, cut them into eighths and remove the stalk and core. Add to the mushrooms form and fry briefly.

In the remaining hot clarified butter roast the eggs to fried eggs.

Arrange all ingredients on a large platter or possibly on portion plates. Garnish with parsley and serve with fresh bread.

Serve with fresh black coffee!
