For the Nutella pancakes, first make the pancake batter. For this, whisk the milk with the eggs. Add salt and then stir in the flour and finally the butter until a smooth dough is formed. Leave to stand for a short time.
Spread a little oil in a pan with the help of a kitchen roll. Pour about a ladle of batter into the pan and let it thicken so that the bottom is already a little firm. Then spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella on top, according to taste. Pour a little more batter on top and let it firm up a bit.
Carefully but quickly turn the pancake over and finish baking. Sprinkle the Nutella pancakes with powdered sugar before serving.
