For the lemon balm syrup, pick the lemon balm including leaves, wash and dry and put in a bowl or bucket with sliced lemons and oranges.

Boil water with sugar and wait until the sugar has boiled away. Empty the whole into the bucket, let it cool down a bit and only then add the citric acid.

Cover and leave to infuse for 2-3 days and then fill into glass bottles.
