For the chestnut flour pancakes, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and chestnut flour into a batter. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes.

Add a few drops of oil from time to time. Spread the chestnut flour pancakes with fig jam and roll them. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
