For the filling, mix all the ingredients and set aside.

For the batter, mix everything well. Heat little oil or butter in a pan and pour (depending on the size of the pan) a ladle of batter. Bake until golden brown, flip and finish baking on the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used.

Grease a baking dish and preheat the oven to 170 °C.

Spread some curd filling on each pancake and roll up the pancakes. Place the pancakes in the baking dish with the cut side facing upwards.

For the glaze, whisk together eggs, milk and sugar and pour over the pancakes.

Bake the casserole in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
