For the turkey rice meat, cut the onions finely, meat into cubes. Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent. Add meat and brown all around.

Briefly fry two kinds of paprika powder and pour in the vegetable soup. Add rice, marjoram and tomato paste and simmer until rice is cooked. Season with salt and stir in the grated Parmesan. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan at the table and serve the turkey and rice with creamed cucumber salad.
