For the curry egg salad, hard boil eggs, peel and slice with egg slicer.

Drain bell pepper salad and cut a little. Mix cucumbers, onion with mayonnaise. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, ketchup, mustard and curry.

Allow the curried egg salad to infuse a little, season if necessary and serve.
