For the broccoli couscous loaf, divide half the broccoli into small florets and cook in boiling water until al dente.
In the meantime, pour two cups of boiling water over one cup of couscous, add the homemade soup seasoning and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan, then set aside. Now add broccoli florets, onion cubes, bread crumbs, grated cheese, eggs, dried basil, salt and pepper to the couscous and stir well.
Then form loaves, roll in some breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with a little oil from both sides and serve, for example, with a chive sauce or as a side dish.
