For the strawberry layer dessert, first mix the mascarpone with the strawberry jam. Season with lemon juice and mix in the zest.
Then prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and let it cool a little. It should still be thick for further processing.
Now put one biscuit in each of the tall glasses as the bottom layer and sprinkle with a few drops of orange liqueur.
Then pour in a layer of strawberry mascarpone cream.
Then pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of this.
Repeat the layers and decorate each with a rum ball.
Now chill the strawberry layer dessert for at least 1 hour and then serve.
