Instructions:

Cut garlic cloves, onions, fennel bulb and carrot into small cubes. Clean the calamari. Heat oil, fry calamari in it. Season with salt and pepper, pour brandy, add vegetables and steam for 10 minutes.

Cut tomatoes into eighths, add to calamari with thyme and stew for another 5 minutes.

Serve: Baguette.
