For the camembert salad with wild garlic, wash the pick lettuce and put it in a bowl. Slice or chop the onion, halve and slice the radishes and add to the salad.
Mix a marinade of sugar, salt, mustard and vinegar and spread it over the salad. Mix well, arrange the marinated salad on two plates.
Cut the camembert into bite-sized pieces, cut the wild garlic into fine strips and spread over the salad. Drizzle the olive oil over it and season with pepper and serve the camembert salad with wild garlic.
