Cut the beef fillet into small cubes (not through the meat grinder form!) Capers, anchovy fillet, shallots and chop the kitchen herbs. Put the meat cubes in a suitable bowl and mix well with the egg, ingredients and spices. Do not mix the spices beforehand, but always add them separately. In this way you can better vary the taste.
Serve the tartar on freshly toasted slices of brown bread and always eat it on the spot after preparation, as the recipe ingredients are delicate fresh products!
