Mix the pudding powder with a little bit of orange juice. Bring the rest of the orange juice to the boil with the sugar and any spices, then add the mixed powder as for normal pudding and bring to the boil again. Whip the whipped cream until stiff, (except for a remainder for decoration) carefully mix with the liqueur into the cream with a whisk. Refrigerate until ready to serve (or until the next day).
Notes: Tastes tasty and takes an insane amount of effort!
