For the apple-nut pancake, separate the eggs. Mix the yolks well with milk, powdered sugar, salt and a little cinnamon. Stir in the flour.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Peel apples, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop walnuts into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a pan and roast the chopped walnuts and sugar in it. Now add the apple cubes and roast them briefly as well.

Pour the batter on top and stir briefly. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Then tear the apple-nut pancake into pieces, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
